Mike Bianucci drove in three runs to help the Express come from behind and defeat the Storm Chasers 6-4 Friday night in Round Rock, Texas.
Omaha took a 2-0 lead in the first. Chris Getz singled and Christian Colon reached safely on a bunt to third. After Anthony Seratelli popped out to catcher Eli Whiteside in foul territory trying to bunt the runners over, Max Ramirez doubled both men in. The Chasers added a run in the fourth to make it 3-0.
The Express got on track in the home fourth as Bianucci's two-run homer cut the lead to 3-2.
Ben Broussard walked to lead off the sixth. With two outs, Quintin Berry doubled him to third. Paulo Orlando singled in Broussard to give Omaha a 4-2 lead, but Berry was thrown out at home.
Round Rock tied it in the home sixth. Leury Garcia singled and stole second. Joey Butler singled him home and Yangervis Solarte doubled in Butler.
In the eighth,Garcia doubled and Aaron Cunningham singled him to third. Butler reached on a fielder's choice allowing Garcia to score on an error by catcher Brett Hayes. Solarte was walked intentionally and Bianucci's sacrifice fly plated Cunningham.
Nate Robertson (3-4) picked up the win and Louis Coleman (3-2) was charged with the loss.
