The RedHawks scored three times in the sixth inning to defeat the Storm Chasers 5-2 Friday night at Werner Park.
With the score tied 1-1 entering the sixth, Jake Elmore singled and took second on a wild pitch by Justin Marks (1-5). Brett Wallace walked and Elmore stole third. Louis Coleman replaced Marks and gave up a double to Brandon Laird. Marc Krauss was intentionally walked to load the bases, then Carlos Perez walked to force in Wallace. After Che-Hsuan Lin popped out to second, Andrew Simunic walked to force in Laird and make it 4-1. Jonathan Villar's sacrifice fly in the eighth made it 5-1 Oklahoma City.
In the home half of the eighth, Xavier Nady singled and would come around to score on an Irving Falu double.
