A star from the Nebraska Women's basketball team is picking up more accolades this week. Jordan Hooper has been selected as a finalist for the 2014 Wade Trophy.
The senior from Alliance, Neb. is one of 12 finalists for the WBCA Player of the Year award, and she's the third husker to ever be selected as a finalist.
Hooper averaged more than 20 points per game in her senior season at Nebraska and led the team to a 26 and 7 record.

-Natasha Howard, a senior from Florida State University
-Jewell Loyd, a sophomore from the University of Notre Dame
-Maggie Lucas, a senior from Penn State University
-Kayla McBride, a senior from the University of Notre Dame
-Tiffany Mitchell, a sophomore from the University of South Carolina
-Chiney Ogwumike, a senior from Stanford University
-Odyssey Sims, a senior from Baylor University
-Breanna Stewart, a sophomore from the University of Connecticut
-Alyssa Thomas, a senior from the University of Maryland
The Wade Trophy winner will be announced on Monday, April 7th and 5:30 p.m. in Nashville, Tenn.
