Nkem Ezurike’s goal :37 into the second overtime gave Michigan a 2-1 win over Nebraska Sunday afternoon in Ann Arbor.
Chloe Sosenko’s first goal of the season at 71:14 put the Wolverines up 1-0.
Mayme Conroy tied it with her team-leading eighth goal of the season less than a minute later at 71:55. Conroy has scored a goal in each of Nebraska’s last four games and has one goal in all five of NU’s Big Ten games this season.
Michigan (10-2-1, 4-0-1) held a 22-16 advantage in shots. Nine of Nebraska’s shots were on goal. The Huskers are now 5-7-1, 2-3-0 in the Big Ten.
