“He is as smart a player as I’ve seen in a long time, Bradley coach Geno Ford is quoted in the story. “He reminds me of Wally Szczerbiak. He has incredible hands, incredible timing, great feet. He’s always a pass ahead. If you’re a high school basketball coach, you should be showing your kids Doug tapes. I don’t doubt he’ll play in the NBA because he’ll figure out a way. I just hope it’s sooner rather than later.”
