Jordan Walgren scored her fourth goal of the season, heading in a rebound after Jennika Myers' shot hit the crossbar. The goal ended the Mavs' two-game winning streak.
Western Illinois (12-3, 4-2 Summit League) out-shot UNO (3-12, 3-2 Summit League) 25-10 overall and 9-7 in shots on goal.
