Justin Quale made 28 saves and the Tri-City Storm scored a pair of goals in the final six minutes of the second period en route to a 2-1 victory over the Lancers Saturday night at Ralston Arena.
All the scoring came in the middle period. Omaha broke the scoreless deadlock at the 9:59 mark while on the power play. Tyler Moy sent a pass from the left goal line to the top of the crease for Gage Hough, who put in his eighth of the season.
The Storm tied it at 14:07 when Brian Ward scored his 19th goal of the season. Tri-City went ahead at 19:32 as Tim Bonner slipped his 18th of the year inside the left post passed goalie Cole Bruns.
