IUPUI jumped out in front with two goals in the first 20 minutes and held on for a 2-1 win over UNO Sunday afternoon in Indianapolis.
The Jaguars started the scoring in the 11th minute when Taylor Heidorn knocked in a rebound from 12 yards out. In the 19th minute, Kalli Shepler-Tucker collected a loose ball in the box and walked it into the net.
The Mavericks scored in the 73rd minute when Anna Sibson put in her first college goal off an assist from Layla Ashouri.
IUPUI (3-12-2, 1-3-2 Summit League) out-shot Nebraska Omaha (3-13, 3-3 Summit League) 15-8 overall and 9-6 in shots on goal.
