Iowa Western Quarterback Headed To Kansas State
The quarterback who led Iowa Western to a national championship is headed to Kansas State. Jake Waters chose the Wildcats over Penn State.
Waters was a junior college All-American at Iowa Western where he passed for 3,500 yards and 39 touchdowns. The Council Bluffs St. Albert graduate is expected to compete right away at quarterback for Kansas State since Heisman Trophy finalist Collin Klein is gone after the bowl game.
