Elizabeth Howorth of Elkhorn-Elkhorn South set a state record in the Girls State Diving Championship. The senior posted a record score of 497.50, which broke the mark of 475.85 set by Jodi Janssen of Papillion-LaVista in 1994. Elizabeth's younger sister Anna Howorth finished in second place and Freshman Payton Conrad came in third.
