Dominic Toninato’s third-period goal was the difference as Fargo took both games of the weekend series in Omaha with a 3-2 win over the Lancers Saturday night.
The winning tally came at 10:21. All the other scoring came in the opening period. Matias Cleland gave the Lancers a 1-0 lead with a power play goal at 7:26.
Kenny Gillespie tied it at 11:06 and Chris Dienes put the Force ahead 2-1 with a score at 17:34.
Luca Frigo tied it for Omaha, scoring with just :40 left in the first period.
