OMAHA, Neb. -- Five members of the Creighton women's soccer team earned a spot on the All-Missouri Valley Conference teams, announced on Thursday, Nov. 1.

Senior Brittney Neumann, juniors Lauren Cingoranelli and Kelsey O'Donnell as well as freshman Kaelyn Korte and Jill Richgels were each honored with a spot on one of the All-MVC teams.
Neumann led the honors for the Jays by earning a spot on the All-MVC Second Team. Entering the MVC Tournament Semifinals, Neumann leads Creighton in goals (6), points (13) and shots (51). She has started and played 17 games for Creighton this season. Brittney currently has 30 goals in her career at Creighton, placing her third all-time for the Jays.
Cingoranelli, O'Donnell and Korte each earned All-MVC Honorable Mention, while Richgels and Korte were named to the All-MVC Freshman Team. Cingoranell has played in all 18 games for the Jays, with one assist and 18 shots. O'Donnell is tied for second on the team with two goals, she has played in every game and taken 34 shots. Korte has appeared in 17 games, tallying one goal, two assists and 23 shots. While Richgels posted two goals and three assists as well as nine shots in her freshman campaign.
The Bluejays will battle the No. 2 seed, Illinois State, at 6 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 2, while No. 5 Indiana State and the top seeded Evansville Purple Aces will meet in the first match of the Missouri Valley Conference semifinals at 3:30 p.m. on Friday in Morrison Stadium.
