Creighton continued its magical run Saturday night claiming the Jays first MVC Volleyball Tournament title with a 3-0 win over Wichita State in Springfield, Missouri.
The Bluejays defeated the Shockers 25-18, 25-20 and 25-23 to move to 28-3 on the season and earn their first automatic berth in the NCAA Tournament, which begins next Thursday. Creighton received an at-large berth in 2010.
Wichita State fell to 22-9.
