Sophomore Jose Ribas scored his first goal of the season and Creighton posted its third consecutive shutout, a 1-0 win over Saint Mary's Sunday afternoon in Moraga, California.
Ribas headed the ball into the net at the 47:31 mark. Jeff Gal did the rest in goal, making three saves.
With the win, the Bluejays moved to 4-0-1 while Saint Mary's fell to 1-1-2. The victory extended the Jays' unbeaten streak against California schools to 18 games (15-0-3).
