Eichorst released a statement Thursday saying "serious decisions" will need to be made after claims that former booster and convicted Ponzi schemer Nevin Shapiro made in a Yahoo Sports article this week.
Shapiro says he provided Miami players with cash, prostitutes, cars and other gifts over the past decade.
Eichorst says, "we will be left standing and we will be stronger as a result."
