Creighton rallied with two second-half goals to defeat William & Mary 2-1 Sunday afternoon at Morrison Stadium.
Patrick O’Brien gave the visitors a 1-0 lead at 22:02. The Jays defense attempted to play the ball back to goalkeeper Jeff Gal, but the Tribe's Chris Perez stole it and found O'Brien, who sent a crossing shot from the left side past Gal.
It stayed that way until the 54:02 mark when Brent Kallman found freshman Timo Pitter, who took one step toward the goal to draw Tribe keeper Bennett Jones, then bounced a shot over Jones' head to tie the match at 1-1. It was Pitter's first goal of 2012.
CU (5-1-1) added an insurance goal on a header by Eric DeJulio off a corner kick at 73:35.
