Sarah Nelson scored 29 points and Jordan Garrison added 15 in Creighton's 91-74 win over South Florida Saturday afternoon in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
Marrissa Janning chipped in 12 points and Carli Tritz had 10. Andrell Smith led the Bulls with a career-high 27 points and twin sister Andrea Smith had 21.
CU held a 10-point halftime advantage (42-32) and out-scored South Florida 49-42 in the second half.
The Bluejays moved to 8-2 and captured the Caribbean Classic Tournament championship with a 2-0 mark. USF fell to 9-2 and 1-1 in the tournament. Miami (Ohio) also finished 1-1 while Nevada (the only team Creighton did not play) was 0-2.
