Sam Keller and Joe Ganz led scoring drives on the Red squad's first six possessions as the top offensive and defensive units rolled to a 38-0 victory over the White squad in Nebraska's spring game Saturday.

A crowd of 54,288 at Memorial Stadium saw Keller's first public performance since he transferred from Arizona State last August.

Keller quarterbacked the game's first series, finishing it with a 14-yard touchdown pass to Terrence Nunn.

Keller completed seven straight passes during one stretch and finished 10-of-13 for 193 yards.

Ganz scored on a 10-yard run and threw a 15-yard T-D pass to Nate Swift.

Ganz was 11-for-18 for 157 yards.

Marlon Lucky led all rushers with 94 yards on 16 carries. He had a one-yard touchdown run.

The Blackshirt defense held the White squad to 9 total yards and two first downs.

Big deal -- the starting lineup squashed the 2nd stringers. This shows the huge dropoff from starters to replacements. I hope injuries don't befuddle the Huskers' season.

You still shouldn't be impressed with Keller. Ganz may end up being the go to guy this fall and the better prospect.
