Brandon Watson's sacrifice fly scored Luke Carlin in the eighth inning with the game's only run as three Reno pitchers combined to one-hit the Royals 1-0 Sunday night at Rosenblatt Stadium.

Carlin led off the inning with a walk and took third on Cole Gillespie's double to right. After Agustin Murillo struck out, Watson lofted a fly to center that scored Carlin.

Jason Urquidez (4-1), the second of the three pitchers for the Aces, got the win. He walked Jordan Parraz in the seventh and surrendered a single to J.R. House leading off the eighth.

The only other Omaha base runner was Tug Hulett, who reached on a throwing error by second baseman Rusty Ryal in the seventh.

Lenny DiNardo (7-5), who went eight innings scattering six hits, was the hard luck loser.
