Omaha It's back-to-school season for students. For early morning drivers, it also means we're getting an extra challenge on the road.
The WOWT 6 News Speed Zapper crew stopped by the Wilson Focus school near 52nd and "F" Streets to see how drivers were handling things near the school. It didn't take long to find people breaking the rules, including a bus driver.
A bus driver was clocked driving 7 miles per hour above the speed limit as it approached the school with children on the bus. Several other drivers pushed the speed limit further, one was clocked by the Speed Zapper crew driving 52 miles an hour in a 35 mile per hour zone.
