In July of this year, inspectors visited Rice Bowl on Saddle Creek and noted things were getting a little too hot. They found eggs, that should be kept at or below 41 degrees, sitting at 81 degrees, which is double what their temperature they should be.
They also found their wiping rags were not kept in sanitizer between uses.
That was one of the 6 critical and 4 non critical violations at the restaurant. Inspectors didn’t feel it was necessary to do a follow up.
We did reach out to managers about the report – but told us no comment.
