In March, Douglas County Inspectors found 5 critical violations and 10 non-critical at the restaurant.
Inspectors found no sanitizer in their dish machine, as well as a dirty handsink. After finding fruit flies in the kitchen, inspectors noted that pests must be controlled.
Managers at the restaurant told WOWT 6 News, "The issues from the health inspection 9 months ago were addressed immediately, as confirmed by our reinspection 14 days later. we take food safety very seriously & are confident in our next inspection."
In that re-inspection, 12 of the original 15 violations had been taken care of.
