On March 18, Douglas County inspectors found bacon and other items more than a month past their expiration date at Clancy's Pub.
According to inspectors, some items, including sliced deli meats and hot dogs didn't even have a date on them. WOWT 6 News asked Clancy's managers about the problem.
The manager said, “What it was, was we switched kitchen managers back in January and different managers like to use different products. That was an old product that we just had thrown in the cooler and weren’t even using it anymore.”
A month after the initial inspection, an inspector noted the critical violations had gone from seven to one.
