Douglas County inspectors stopped by Sgt. Peffer's, in October, and found nine critical violations.
The violations included a pan of soup on the floor, next to a hand sink. Inspectors also noted green peppers were also observed on the floor of the walk-in refrigerator and raw hamburger was stored above ready-to-eat cheese.
According to the Health Department, inspectors did not feel a follow-up inspection was needed.
