When Douglas County Health inspectors stopped by the Farmhouse Cafe, in May, they found the dishwasher wasn't reaching the required 160 degree mark. Inspectors said if that temperature isn't reached, dishes aren't cleaned properly.
Following a re-inspection the following day, the Health Department reported only two critical violations, compared to six the previous day. The restaurant was cited for not keeping cold foods cold enough, which could lead to sickness.
Managers acknowledged the issue, but told WOWT 6 News the problem was corrected within three hours of its discovery.
