UPDATE: Since our first restaurant report, Grisanti's has cleaned up it's place substantially. Since December 4, the Health Department noted all previous violations had been taken care of.
When Douglas County inspectors visited the restaurant in September, they found the dishwasher didn't have any cleaning chemicals and was only reaching a temperature of 125 degrees, meaning silverware and plates weren't properly sanitized. They also noted broken handwashing sinks in the kitchen and bar areas, as well as, a fly problem.
When WOWT 6 News visited Grisanti's, an employee said the manager was unavailable.
