Injuries have been reported with aromatherapy kits sold at Sam's Club, Wal-Mart, Target and various toy stores.

A recall has been launched for kits sold by Spa Factory under a variety of names. They include:

*Bath Benefits
*Deluxe Spa Fantasy Fountain, and
*Spa Fantasy Aromatherapy Fountian.

The jars that contain the bath bombs/balls or bath fizzies can explode due to a chemical reaction.

The recall applies specifically to the purple lids that are supposed to contain those products.
