Reaching My Goals
(even though I don't like doing it)

Hi all. Just a quick note to let you all know what I discovered.
Tracking what you do (even though I don't like doing it) will open your eyes to what you are or have been doing and help you to know what direction to go. I finally decided to keep track of my steps.
I have made it up to 1 hour on the elliptical machine. My highest steps so far on the machine were 6284. This information gave me a revelation that an hour on the machine takes care of over half of the 10 thousand steps a day we are supposed to do! So this got me curious…how many steps do I take then during my normal work day?
I pulled out a pedometer and from 8 am to 5 pm I average about 3000 steps. Hmmmmm 6284+3000=9,284. Wow just one hour in the morning practically takes care of my minimum daily requirement. How about that?
Thank you BetterU. My husband and I are doing great! So far I have lost 11 pounds! My husband that little turd has lost 20 he has almost made his goal.
Blessings
PP
