Ella Willis lives in North Omaha, and has been working for years to see a change when it comes to abandoned and problem homes. Standing in front of two blighted homes on 14th street, Willis said, "This is an eyesore for people who are coming into North Omaha." Willis represents the neighborhood association Action & Facts. Fortunately in front of the two homes on 14th street is a sign for change.
