Updated: 04/16/2014 - Single mother of three Amanda Chin came home to a frightening sight April 10th. A silver mercury van was backed up to her back porch. She saw it as she was walking to her house, but her three young children did not. "They were jumping out and I am like panicking," said Chin. "So when the guy saw them running towards the house, he jumped in the car. And my reaction was, I told the kids go into the house and lock the door."
