York Man Makes Deal In Case Of Stolen Fuel Card
A 28-year-old York man has made a deal with prosecutors who accused him of using a co-op's stolen card to buy fuel.
Joseph Stoll appeared in York County District Court this week. Court records say he pleaded no contest to unauthorized use of a financial transaction device. Prosecutors dropped a conspiracy charge in exchange for Stoll's plea.
Prosecutors say the card was stolen from United Farmers Cooperative in May or before and used by Stoll and others. Investigators say Stoll used the card for nearly $840 in fuel.
Stoll faces up to five years in prison at his sentencing, which is scheduled for March 18.
