A Lincoln man has been arrested for robbing a woman of her can of Pabst Blue Ribbon beer. Nehemiah Winters implied that he had a knife when he stole the can. He was found several blocks away with the can which, by then, was partially consumed.
Police did find that he was armed with a fork.
