Police are investigating a stabbing at an Omaha home Friday morning. The victim told officers he was asleep when he awoke around 5:30 a.m. to discover numerous stab wounds to his legs.
It happened near North 42nd Street and Redman Circle. Fifty-one-year-old Patrick Bridgeford was taken to Creighton University Medical Center for treatment of injuries not thought to be life threatening.
Police say his wife is a suspect. No charges have been filed and the investigation is ongoing.
