Your alarm clock could be making you pack on the pounds.
A brand new study says not getting enough sleep may kick start a craving for junk food.

Researchers have found "the reward center" of our brains goes off when people who are sleep deprived look at pictures of unhealthy food.

That doesn't happen when they're looking at healthy food.

Scientists also found sleep deprived adults report eating more fatty foods than well-rested ones.
