Police says there's no evidence of foul play from a preliminary autopsy on a 2-year-old Lincoln boy who died after being found unresponsive at his home last Tuesday.
Police say Axton Nolte probably died of a medical condition, but toxicology tests will be done. He wasn't breathing when his mother went to wake him up from a nap.
