As of 10:45 a.m. Friday, Omaha police resumed responding to property damage accidents.
OPD had suspended such investigations Thursday due to the snowstorm. Police had asked that drivers call 911 only if there were injuries in the accident or if vehicles were disabled and blocking traffic.
