A Metropolitan Utilities District worker who was the most seriously injured Thursday was released from Creighton Medical Center Friday morning.
MUD says the two other workers were treated for minor injuries at the scene in Elkhorn. A gas line burst about 1:30 Thursday while the crew was doing maintenance on a natural gas line.
The incident happened near veterans Drive and Skyline Drive. The cause of the incident is still under investigation.

Two MUD workers were treated at the scene and a third was hospitalized in critical condition when gas line burst in Elkhorn Thursday afternoon.
Metropolitan Utilities District said the crew was doing maintenance on a natural gas line at Veterans Drive and Skyline Drive near Brittney Circle around 1:30 p.m. The hospitalized worker was hit in the eye by a piece of metal piping.
Residents of seven area homes were evacuated. An estimated 20 customers were without service for a time, which has since been restored.
