Here are the headlines from Tuesday's Bloomberg Market Report.

The budget deficit increased more than economists expected in October, to $122 billion, as President Obama and Congress try to come to an agreement to avoid the so-called fiscal cliff. While that effort is heating up, U.S. oil and gas producers began a public relations campaign to protect industry tax breaks as lawmakers try to raise revenue to offset spending cuts. The energy industry plans to air commercials warning against higher taxes on producers, while environmental groups will advertise against the breaks.

Google says government requests to remove content from its search results and other services rose 71 percent in the first half of the year. The most requests came from Turkey and the United States.

Walmart and Ticketmaster are expanding their partnership. The two have announced that Ticketmaster will sell tickets on Walmart's website, walmart.com, and then pick them up at select Walmart stores or have them mailed. Ticketmaster has already sold 1 million tickets at its 1,200 kiosks inside Walmart stores.
