If your little ghost or goblin would like to get even more treats, head down to the Old Market on October 28, between 1 and 4 p.m.
The event is free for everyone, and spans six blocks in the Old Market, around 11th and Howard.
This is the fifth year The Old Market Business Association is presenting its Old Market Trick or Treat. Families in costume are welcome to stroll the Old Market, where volunteers will be in costume to interact with the crowd.
More than 30 Old Market Merchants will provide treats:
“Books For Treats” will be giving away new books, Highlight Magazines and coloring books for free to everyone.
The “Books for Treats” is a partnership with Metro Community College, Metro Bus, the Literacy Program, Mainfreight, Inc and the Old Market Business Association. Story Telling, music and other interactive venues will be available at a variety of locations including The Tea Smith, The Urban Abbey and Le Wonderment.
