Tree of Lights Campaign Reaches 24% of its Goal
The Salvation Army’s Red Kettle campaign will continue through Christmas Eve. As of Tuesday, the organization reports it has collected $738,000 or 23.8% of its $3.1-million goal.
The money collected will help support more than 20 social service programs.
Volunteers are still needed to ring the bells through December 24. To sign up, call 1-800-898-6000 or go online by CLICKING HERE.
Donors can text “OMAHA” to 80888 to make a $10 donation. Message and data rates apply.
