The rupture of a natural gas line Friday led to the brief evacuation of a Lincoln mobile home park.
The rupture happened around 5:30 p.m. when residents chopped down a tree, which fell on the gas line. As a precaution, residents of four nearby residences were evacuated.
No fire erupted from the leak and no one was injured, but crews stayed on the scene for more than three hours as a precaution. Residents were allowed back in their homes around 9 p.m.
