Traffic is back to normal on Interstate 380 north of Cedar Rapids after the pavement buckled, causing flat tires on several vehicles.

Published reports in Cedar Rapids says it happened about 7 a.m. Thursday in the left southbound lane, just south of the Toddville exit. The hole was about 2 feet wide and 8 inches deep. It was patched about an hour later.

The Linn County sheriff's office says four vehicles hit the
hole, causing flat tires. No other damage was reported and no one
was hurt.
