The case against five former University of Kansas officials accused of conspiring to steal more than $2 million in sports tickets has been set to go to trial in February.
U.S. District Judge Wesley Brown on Friday scheduled the trial for Feb. 15 trial date, with a motion hearing Feb. 2.
The defendants are former associate athletic director Charlette Blubaugh; her husband, Thomas, a consultant for the ticket office; former assistant athletic director Rodney Jones; former associate athletic director Ben Kirtland; and systems analyst Kassie Liebsch.
All have pleaded not guilty except Liebsch, who has not yet entered a plea. A change-of-plea hearing for her was previously scheduled for Jan. 21.
Two others who pleaded guilty to not reporting the scheme face a March sentencing.
