Authorities say two traffic stops in Nebraska have led to drug arrests and the seizure of cocaine and marijuana.
The Nebraska State Patrol says a man was from Tijuana, Mexico, was arrested and nearly 5 pounds of cocaine were discovered during a traffic stop last Friday on state Highway 2 near Syracuse in eastern Nebraska.
The patrol says a search turned up the pot in a compartment under the rear seat of the car.
The patrol says two people from Illinois were arrested and 34 pounds of pot were discovered during a traffic stop on Saturday on Interstate 80 in Buffalo County in central Nebraska. Authorities say the marijuana was found in two hidden compartments in the roof of the minivan.
