A third suspect in a September shooting arrested in Denver has been brought back to Omaha.
Clifford Caudell was booked for two counts of first-degree assault, two counts of use of a weapon, two counts of being a prohibited person in possession of a gun, two counts of robbery and two counts of making terroristic threats.
The charges stem from the shooting on the morning of September 28th near South 41st and Leavenworth that wounded a man and woman.
Two other men, 31-year-old Clarence Smith and 27-year-old John Meyer, both of Omaha, have already been charged in the shooting.
