Unlocked vehicles entered. -Plattsmouth Police took reports of thefts from vehicles in the area of 1st Avenue and 2nd Avenue between 6th and 9th Streets Tuesday morning.
Some smaller items were missing but other items such as purses and keys were left in the vehicles. Investigation determined a suspect and the missing items were returned to the owners. A 22-year-old woman was cited.
