A teenager faces a felony charge for allegedly bringing an airsoft pistol to Bellevue East High School Wednesday afternoon.
Sixteen-year-old Daejawntae Goings was in court Friday afternoon to face the charge of felony tampering with physical evidence. He is being charged as an adult. Bond was set at 10 percent of $5,000. He's due back in court for a preliminary hearing March 4th.
No one was injured in the incident that forced the school to be evacuated around 4:15 p.m.
Another Bellevue East student, 17-year-old Brandon Kloberdance, was charged Friday with making terroristic threats, a felony, and disturbing the peace for allegedly making threats in school on Thursday. His bond was set at 10 percent of $100,000 with a preliminary hearing scheduled for March 4th.
