Omaha police announced Saturday the arrest of a Council Bluffs woman in connection with the shooting death of a man and his two sons earlier this month.
Twenty-seven-year-old Tiaotta Clairday faces three counts of being an accessory to a felony. Police have not said what her role was in the crime or how she knew the Avalos family.
Miguel Avalos and his two sons, 16-year-old Jose and 18-year-old Miguel Jr., were shot inside their home near 9th and Bancroft streets in Omaha on July 9th. Miguel and Jose died shortly after the shooting while Miguel Jr. clung to life for nearly a week.
Police have not named any other suspects or released a possible motive.
