The excitement of shopping sometimes means remembering not to forget. One shopper says, " I left my wallet at a store one time."
The Nebraska crossing management office has a lost and found.
Kelly Calderone,Mall manager says, " We’ve instructed the stores to bring everything to us."
And that's created a mini department store of customer belongings.
Among the found items turned in here an envelope of about a dozen keys. Keys to cars houses and lockers.
Kelly Calderone says, "If it were me who lost something I would think all the placed I had been that day and call all of them."
Nobody has called for this expensive stroller left in the parking lot. And buyers who lost bags of new clothes can't be found without receipts. Kelly Calderone says, " We do have I feel a high success rate of pairing up lost items with their owner."
Since Nebraska crossing opened three months ago some shoppers have left valuables behind. Clothes they wore or bought. Keys and glasses dropped from pockets and purses.
