Domestic violence is reportedly the motive for a violent attack on the manager of the Bellevue Salvation Army Thrift Store.
Officers were called to the store, on Harlan Drive, just before eight o'clock Thursday morning. They found 53-year-old Kenneth Krueger, who had been hit in the head with a hammer.
Bellevue police reported that the suspect, 46-year-old Tammy Boyd, left the scene, but returned a short time later. She was arrested for second degree assault, domestic violence, and for charges related to an outstanding warrant.
Krueger, was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Both said the two had been in a relationship. It's unclear what sparked the attack.
